民航相关院校专业毕业；有国内或国际 NDT二级证书（涡流、超声、射线或磁粉）；具有磁粉、射线经验者优先;
至少5年的NDT相关工作经历；
良好的英语口语和书面表达、沟通和协作能力；
熟悉相关NDT方面适航、培训、OJT的文件档案程序管理工作，有发动机孔探经验优先。

Level II NDT Training and Certification and experience in Ultrasonic Testing, Eddy Current, and Liquid Penetrant required, experience in Magnetic Particle and Radiographic (X-ray) testing preferred;
